Top 10 CDs--Lisa's Edition

10. Camp Soundtrack

I just love to sing along.

9. Incubus-Make Yourself

The only Incubus album I seem to like. I really like this one and I know all the songs, and of course, singa long out of tune.

8. Avril Lavigne-Under My Skin

Even better than her first one. I know most people don't like her, and hey, I don't necessarily like her as a person or the fucked up message she tries to project, but the music speaks for itself.

7. Linkin Park-Meteora

Hey, I just like them. I was so excited when this came out because I liked the first album so much. The music actually has a message.

6. Simple Plan-Still Not Getting Any...

I love Simple Plan. This is about the same as the first one to me. There are more slow, meaningful songs on this album than there are on the first, and I like those almost more than I like the rest.

5. Kelly Clarkson-Breakaway

Considering I only liked two of the first album's songs, and they were the two that actually got played on the radio...I was surprised when I heard this all the way through and I actually listened to the whole album. That takes a lot for me to do. So I really like this one, it's an improvement from the first album.

4. All-American Rejects-Move Along

I really like this. And it's another that I actually sat down and listened to all of the album, because I certainly didn't do that with the first one. And even the people at People magazine liked the new album. They never like what I like.

3. Good Charlotte-The Chronicles of Life and Death

As they get more mature, I like them more and more. I don't like their first album, and I liked the majority of the Young and the Hopeless, but this one I like everything on. If they keep moving in this direction, then they should just get better and better. Now only if they could stop acting like complete tools about certain things... (yeah, I'm talking about the Lindsay Lohan little brother thing, because the lead singer had to be an asshole 'cause he's dating Hilary Duff.)

2. Hanson-Underneath

I love them, and I'm proud to say so. You can make fun of me all you want, but since the pop overload of their first album, they've gotten more serious and less bubblegum-ie. I think this new album is amazing and I love the songs. Now only if I could tell which one was singing which song. Plus, my crush on the youngest one has reared its head with a vengeance since he cut his hair. All of a sudden he's really cute again.

1. Green Day-American Idiot

I don't know how many times I can say it, but I never really liked them before this album. I liked a few songs, but this whole album is so mature and it makes a statement. I like it when they have a point. Now if only I could see them in concert (well, I could, but the only tickets left are on the floor, and I really don't want to be part of the most pit).
